胸外科患者术后行疼痛护理干预的效果观察
[摘要] 目的 探讨胸外科手术后护理干预降低患者疼痛的临床效果。 方法 选择2013年6月～2014年6月本院收治的70例胸外科手术患者，随机平均分为实验组35例和对照组35例，对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上给予疼痛护理干预，比较两组患者术后1个月内的VAS评分以及对护理工作的满意程度。 结果 实验组患者在疼痛护理干预下，镇痛药物的使用时间以及VAS评分均明显低于对照组，且实验组患者对护理工作的满意度更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 胸外科术后的患者给予疼痛护理干预，能显著缓解疼痛感，降低患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪，提高预后，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on reducing the pain of patients having received thoracic surgery. Methods Seventy thoracic surgical patients admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group with 35 patients and the control group with 35 patients.The control group was given conventional nursing and the experimental group was given pain nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing work.The VAS scores and nursing satisfaction degrees of the two groups within 1 month after the surgery were compared.
