怀远县粳糯稻产业现状及发展前景
摘要：怀远县是全国闻名的优质糯米生产基地，有'糯稻产业第一县“之称，已形成从糯稻种植收购到加工销售的产业链，成为怀远县农业支柱产业。随着全国糯米加工业和食品产业的发展，糯米品质与产量需求在不断变化，怀远县糯稻产业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。通过剖析总结怀远县糯稻产业发展的规律与现状，分析产业发展趋势，寻求怀远县糯稻产业发展方向，对于维护怀远县糯稻产业生存、促进产业健康有序发展有着极其重要的意义。

Current Situation and Development Prospect of
Rice Industry in Huaiyuan County

Abstract：Huaiyuan county is a famous high-quality glutinous rice production base in China， and is known as the'first county of glutinous rice industry“. It has formed an industrial chain from the cultivation of glutinous rice to processing and sales，and has become a pillar industry in Huaiyuan County. Along with the development of glutinous rice processing industry and food industry，glutinous rice quality and yield demand are constantly changing，and the glutinous rice industry in Huaiyuan County is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This article analyied and summaried the law and current situation of the development of the glutinous rice industry in Huaiyuan County，the development trend of the industry，and the establishment of the development direction of the glutinous rice industry in Huaiyuan County，which was of great significance for the preservation of the survival of the glutinous rice industry in Huaiyuan County and the promotion of the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
