综合护理干预在商环包皮环切术围手术期的应用

【摘要】 目的：探讨综合护理干预在商环行包皮环切患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年6月-2017年1月于本院行商环包皮环切术的患者80例纳入研究，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用术后常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预。观察两组手术时间、术中评估出血量、术中疼痛指数（VAS评分）、术后并发症等指标的差异。结果：两组手术时间、术中出血量比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组术中VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率为10.0%（4/40），低于对照组的27.5%（11/40），比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理干预可缩短手术时间，减轻手术创伤，并降低手术相关并发症发生率，值得推广。
