深圳肺炎患者不同类型样品中嗜肺军团菌检测及感染调查
[摘要]目的 调查深圳市综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染水平及肺炎患者不同样品嗜肺军团菌感染检出率。方法 于2013年4～6月采集深圳市3家大型综合医院81例肺炎住院患者的痰、尿和血清，采用巢氏PCR法检测痰中嗜肺军团菌，酶联免疫吸附法检测尿中嗜肺军团菌抗原和血清嗜肺军团菌抗体。结果 痰嗜肺军团菌、尿嗜肺军团菌抗原和血清嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率分别为5.9%（3/51）、12.1%（8/66）和22.8%（18/79），深圳市综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染率为32.1%（26/81）。结论 深圳综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌感染率较高，肺炎患者不同样品嗜肺军团菌感染检出率不同。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the infection levels of Legionella pneumophila in pneumonia patients and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila infection from different types of samples in pneumonia patients in Shenzhen comprehensive hospitals.Methods From April to June in 2013，the sputum，urine，and serum from 81 hospitalized pneumonia patients from 3 large scale comprehensive hospitals in Shenzhen were collected.The Legionella pneumophila in sputum was detected by Chao′s PCR，and antigen of Legionella pneumophila in urine and antibody of Legionella pneumophila in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The positive rates of Legionella pneumophila in sputum，Legionella pneumophila antigen in urine，and Legionella pneumophila antibody in serum were 5.9%（3/51），12.1%（8/66），and 22.8%（18/79） respectively.The infection rate of Legionella pneumophila in pneumonia patients in Shenzhen comprehensive hospitals was 32.1% （26/81）.Conclusion The infection rate in patients suffering from pneumonia in Shenzhen comprehensive hospital is high and different types of samples come out of different detection rates of Legionella pneumop...
