责任制护理对宫颈癌患者护理质量的价值评估
[摘要] 目的 评估责任制护理对宫颈癌患者护理质量的价值。 方法 选取2016年7月～2017年4月收治的宫颈癌患者140例作为研究对象，按照单双号法分为对照组（70例）和干预组（70例），对照组实施常规护理，干预组实施责任制护理，比较两组生活质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度。 结果 护理后干预组物质生活、心理状态、社会功能、躯体功能等护理质量评分明显高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组并发症发生率高于干预组，护理满意度低于干预组，两组间差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 责任制护理可显著改善宫颈癌患者的生活质量，预防和减少并发症，提高护理满意度，可作为理想护理方案推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of primary nursing in treatment of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 140 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group（70 cases） and intervention group（70 cases） by the odevity method. The patients in control group were treated with routine care， while the intervention group received primary nursing.
