肺部超声在呼吸危重症患者中的研究进展
[摘要] 对呼吸危重症患者肺部情况的动态评估非常重要，有助于明确诊断、跟踪评估治疗效果。物理体检、胸部X线以及CT检查均是临床上常用的肺部检查方法，但各有其优缺点。相比之下，肺部超声则具有操作简单、评估准确、无辐射、可床旁反复进行等特性，可为临床治疗方案的确定提供有价值的参考依据。该研究就肺部超声在气胸、胸腔积液、呼吸窘迫综合征、肺炎、肺不张、肺泡间质综合征、肺复张评估、肺栓塞等肺部危重症患者中的研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract] The dynamic evaluation of lung of patients with critical respiratory disease is very important， contributing to clarifying the diagnosis and tracking the evaluation treatment effect， and the physical examination， chest X ray and CT examination are the common lung examination methods in clinic， but each has its advantages and disadvantages， compared with these methods， the lung ultrasound has the features of easy operation， accurate evaluation， no radiation and repeated operation at bedside， and it can be used to provide valuable reference for the determination of clinical treatment plan， and the paper elaborates the research progress of lung ultrasound in the patients with critical respiratory diseases such as pneumothorax， pleural effusion， respiratory distress syndrome， pneumonia， atelectasis and alveolar interstitial syndrome， lung recruitment maneuver evaluation and pulmonary embolism.
