I 【摘要】习近平总书记曾多次明确强调了创新对于推进社区治理的重要性。如何在新时期以基层党组织建设引领带动社区治理，就成为了新时代基层党建和社区治理所面临的一个重大问题。本论文通过对基层党建引领社区治理在 C 社区的现状的分析，得出新时期基层党建引领社区治理遇到的问题，主要有：基层党组织思想和组织建设有待完善，我国社区建设起步晚、发展不平衡以及其他一些影响党建引领社区治理的因素。对问题的产生进行了结合实际分析，结合 C 社区的实际进行合理的路径开发研究与建议。
