中医治疗经行泄泻40例

摘要：经行泄泻是每值行经前后或经期，大便溏薄，甚或清稀如水，日解数次，经行即作，经净即止。本病可运用中药内服治疗，疗效显著。自2007年10月”2010年6月根据中医辨证分型内服中药，治疗经行泄泻40例，疗效显著，现报告如下。

经行泄泻是每值行经前后或经期，大便溏薄，甚或清稀如水，日解数次，经行即作，经净即止。本病可运用中药内服治疗，疗效显著。自2007年10月”2010年6月根据中医辨证分型内服中药，治疗经行泄泻40例，疗效显著，现报告如下：

1 临床资料

1.1 诊断标准。每值经行前后，大便稀溏，甚如水样，或大便次数增多，伴随月经周期出现，经净则自止。大便常规检查及肠镜检查，未发现异常。

1.2 一般资料，本组40例患者均为门诊病例，其中年龄最大46岁，最小16岁，病程2月至2年不等。

2 治疗方法

中医辨证分型。

2.1 脾虚证。

主证:月经将至，或正值经期，大便溏泄，脘腹胀满，神疲肢软，或面浮肢肿，经行量多，舌质淡红，舌体胖，苔白或白腻，脉儒缓。治法：健脾益气，化湿调经 方药：参苓白术散人参15g 白术10g 扁豆10g 茯苓15g 甘草10g 山药15g莲肉10g桔梗10g 薏苡仁10g砂仁...
