鼻内窥镜下鼻窦开放术同期行中鼻甲成形术的临床意义
[摘要]目的：探讨在鼻内窥镜下行鼻窦开放术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的同时对不同病变的中鼻甲进行中鼻甲成形术的疗效，以及对患者病情恢复的临床意义。方法：为72例我科慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜下鼻窦开放术手术，对不同病变的中鼻甲进行中鼻甲成形术，术后通过门诊定期复诊3～6个月，观察中鼻甲形态、鼻腔粘连情况、术后清理时间、手术前后嗅觉变化。结果：术后定期随访3个月～半年，根据海口会议[3]标准，所有患者中，治愈51例，好转或有效17例，无效4例，治愈率为70.8%，无效率5.6%。结论：与传统手术相比，鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术同期对病变中鼻甲行成形术可以缩短术后鼻腔清理时间，促使鼻腔黏膜尽快上皮化，对术后防止鼻腔粘连及提高临床治愈率有积极作用，值得临床推广。

Abstract： Objective To explore the effect on sinus surgery and middle turbineplasty under nasal endoscopic in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with different lesions of the middle turbinate concha and clinical significance on the recovery of patients with the disease.
