矿井提升机减速器故障诊断与应用分析
摘 要:减速器是矿井提升机的重要部分,对提升机的良好运行起到关键作用,只有全面确保技术规程,才能实现其运行,确保提升质量与安全。减速器在运行过程中,容易出现故障,只有全面做出正确的诊断,才能保证稳定运行。故障分析较为复杂,要利用仪器仪表才能检测得到,对相关采集的数据进行小波分析法加强故障判断,只有这样,才能实现故障科学诊断,维护设备的良好运行。文章对减速器故障诊断应用问题进行了探讨,为相关工作的开展提供参考。

Abstract: The reducer is an important part of the mine hoist, which plays a key role in the good operation of the hoist. Only by comprehensively ensuring the technical regulations can we realize the operation and ensure the improvement of quality and safety. In the process of operation, the reducer is prone to breakdowns, and only by making a correct diagnosis in an all-round way can the stable operation be ensured. Fault analysis is more complex and can only be detected by instruments. Wavelet analysis is used to strengthen the fault judgment of the relevant collected data. Only in this way can we achieve scientific fault diagnosis and maintain the good operation of the equipment. This paper discusses the application of fault diagnosis of reducer in order to provide reference for related work.
