白酒对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响
摘要：目的 研究不同浓度的白酒对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为4组：低浓度组、中浓度组、高浓度组以及生理盐水组，灌入白酒或生理盐水后，放入缺氧瓶中，制成低张性缺氧动物模型，计算小鼠在缺氧瓶中存活的时间并观察其呼吸频率、唇色等变化和活动情况。结果 灌入高浓度白酒组的小鼠在缺氧瓶存活时间最长，与灌入生理盐水组比较具有显著差异（P<0.001），而灌入低浓度白酒组和灌入中浓度白酒组的小鼠与灌入生理盐水组比较无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 高浓度白酒能明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐受性。

Effect of Different Concentration of Chinese Spirits on Anoxia Tolerance in Mice

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect of different concentration of Chinese spiritson anoxia tolerance in mice. MethodsMice were randomly divided into four groups: low concentration group, medium concentration group, high concentration and the saline group, each mice was poured Chinese spirits or saline, then put them into the hypoxia bottle. We calculated the survival time of mice in hypoxia bottle and observed their breathing rate, lip and other changes and activities. ResultsThe high concentration group showed the longest survival time of all the groups studied (P <0.001), while the survival time of low concentration group and medium concentration group showed no statistically significant differencecompare with the saline group (P> 0.05). ConclusionThe high concentration of Chinese spirits can significantly improve hypoxia tolerance in mice.
