儿科住院医师规范化培训气管插管的教学方法探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨不同教学方法在儿科住院医师规范化气管插管培训中的应用效果。 方法 将2016年7月~2018年4月在我院进行儿科住院医师规范化培训的66例住院医师作为研究对象。随机分为两组,分别为对照组(传统教学)及PBL+CBL教学组,对两组儿科规培医师给于相对应的儿童气管插管培训,培训结束后两组住培生统一进行OSCA考核,并通过老师发放调查问卷的方式,住培生自己对儿童气管插管的学习兴趣,气管插管操作掌握程度、对临床病例分析应对能力、对带教老师的满意程度及搜集文献资料能力等五方面进行评估。 结果 PBL+CBL教学组规培医师儿童气管插管OSCA考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),调查问卷各项评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用PBL+CBL教学有助于儿科规培医师熟练掌握儿童气管插管技术,提高临床思维能力,提高教学效果。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of different teaching methods in the training of standardized intubation for pediatric residents. Methods A total of 66 residents who underwent standardized training for pediatric residents in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (traditional teaching) and the PBL+CBL teaching group. The corresponding pediatric tracheal intubation training was carried out for the pediatric doctors in the standardized training. After the training, the two groups of residents were given OSCA assessment together. Through the way the teachers were given the questionnaire for them to fill out, the assessment was carried out regarding the residents" own interest in pediatric tracheal intubation, the mastery degree of tracheal intubation operation, the ability to analyze clinical cases, the satisfaction degree ...
