I—TAC及其受体CXCR3在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

【摘 要】 目的 检测I-TAC及其受体CXCR3在乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达差异,探讨I-TAC/CXCR3生物轴在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法 收集滨州医学院附属滨州市中心医院普外科经手术切除的40例乳腺癌组织作为实验组,同时收集相应的40例癌旁正常乳腺组织作为对照组。逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、免疫组织化学技术分别检测各组织I-TAC及CXCR3 在mRNA及蛋白水平的表达差异,并分析CXCR3的表达与乳腺癌常见临床病理参数的关系。结果 I-TAC及CXCR3在乳腺癌组织中mRNA水平和蛋白水平的表达均显著高于癌旁乳腺组织,差异分别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床病理参数分析提示,CXCR3的表达与乳腺癌组织分化程度及淋巴结转移呈正相关,而与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤分期及大小等无关。结论 乳腺癌组织中存在I-TAC及其受体CXCR3的过度表达,I-TAC/CXCR3信号传导通路可能在乳腺癌发生、发展过程可能扮演重要角色。

Abstract Objective: To detect the expression of I-TAC and its receptor CXCR3 in brest carcinoma, and to explore the role of I-TAC/CXCR3 biological axis in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Methods: 40 cases of breast cancer tissues from general surgery of Binzhou Central Hospital affiliated to Binzhou Medical College were collected as experimental group, and 40 cases of normal breast tissues adjacent to cancer were collected as control group. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of I-TAC and CXCR3 at mRNA and protein levels, respectively. Finally, the relationship between the expression of CXCR3 and common clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer was analyzed. Results: The expression of I-TAC and CXCR3 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent breast tissues (P < 0.05).
