PEmb-Qol量表中文版在肺栓塞患者生活质量测评中的价值

摘要：目的 探討PEmb-Qol量表中文版在肺栓塞患者生活质量测评中的价值。方法 通过方便抽样，使用PEmb-Qol量表中文版对2016年1月～2018年10月北京3家三甲医院的201例肺栓塞患者开展生活质量测评。结果 201例肺栓塞患者PEmb-Qol量表总分为50.44～100分，平均分为（84.89±10.49）分;其中得分最高的维度为主诉频率，平均分为（93.69±9.59）分;得分最低的维度为工作相关问题，平均为（77.24±20.76）分。结论 肺栓塞患者生活质量有所下降，PEmb-Qol量表中文版可以有效地测量肺栓塞患者生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of the Chinese version of the PEmb-Qol scale in the assessment of quality of life in patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods A quality of life assessment was performed in 201 patients with pulmonary embolism in three 3A grade hospitals from January 2016 to October 2018 using the Chinese version of the PEmb-Qol Scale.Results The total score of PEmb-Qol in 201 patients with pulmonary embolism was 50.44～100， with an average score of （84.89±10.49）. The highest score was the main complaint frequency， with an average score of （93.69±9.59）. The dimensions are work-related issues with an average of （77.24 ± 20.76） points. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with pulmonary embolism has decreased. The Chinese version of PEmb-Qol can effectively measure the quality of life of patients with pulmonary embolism.
