临时起搏电极规范化拔除的护理策略研究
【摘要】 目的 研究临时起搏电极规范化拔除的护理策略。方法 通过回顾性分析89例临时起搏电极拔除患者的拔除情况， 对并发症及护理策略进行探讨， 寻求合理的护理措施。结果 1例心包压塞患者经密切的护理及时发现而急救成功；另1例疑诊肺栓塞的患者因呼吸心脏骤停而未能救治成功， 其他患者经及时处理后康复。结论 临时起搏电极规范化拔除的护理工作很重要， 是减少和发现并发症的重要手段， 拔除前有条件的最好行床边心脏及下肢超声检查， 拔除后密切观察， 保持警惕性。

【Abstract】 Objective To research nursing strategy in standardized temporary pacemaker electrode removal. Methods Investigation on complications and nursing strategy was made through retrospectively analyzing electrode removal in 89 patients with temporary pacemaker， in order to quest rational nursing mesasures. Results With the exception of 1 successfully rescued case with cardiac tamponade due to closely nursing and quick discovery and 1 death case with suspected pulmonary embolism due to cardiac and respiratory arrest， the other patients were all healed after timely treatment. Conclusion Nursing is essential in standardized temporary pacemaker electrode removal， and is the important measure to reducing and discovering complications. Bedside cardiac and lower limb ultrasound examination are recommended before removal， and close observation and high attention are necessary after removal.
