集束化管理对降低机械通气新生儿呼吸道内致病菌定植的效果

[摘要] 目的 探讨集束化管理在新生儿机械通气中的应用价值。方法 任意选取98例于2013年7月”2017年7月在该院行机械通气治疗的新生儿为研究对象，按照管理措施分成对照组和观察组。分别予以常规管理和集束化管理，对比管理成效。结果 两组管理总有效率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组管理前定植病原菌数目基本一致（P>0.05）;观察组在管理后的定植病原菌数目低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 集束化管理可提高新生儿机械通气管理成效，减少定植病原菌数目，推广应用价值高。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of cluster management in neonatal mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 98 neonates undergoing mechanical ventilation in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2017 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the management measures. The control group（n=98） received conventional management， and the observation group（n=98） received cluster management. The effectiveness of management was compared. Results There was statistical difference in the total effective rate of management between the two groups（P<0.05）.
