股骨近端防旋髓内钉联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效
[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉联合抗骨质疏松药物对老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 随机选取该院2012年3月”2015年5月收治的50例老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，均为25例，观察组患者接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗，对照组患者接受动力髋部螺钉治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果 两组住院时间、Harris评分、骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间比较无差异（P>0.05）；观察组Ward三角、股骨颈、股骨大转子分别为（0.875±0.022）、（1.009±0.062）、（0.880±0.032）g>cm-2，对照组分别为（0.646±0.010）、（0.799±0.017）、（0.684±0.022）g>cm-2，3组指标组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 股骨近端防旋髓内钉联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折，可提升老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的骨密度恢复，效果显著。
