人本主义视角下的高等教育质量观分析
摘 要:高等教育质量一直是高等教育发展的重点,高等教育质量问题直接关系到人才培养的质量。高等教育在社会中的作用越来越明显,因此社会对高等教育质量有了更高的要求,需要不断研究高等教育质量问题。人本主义主要表现为满足人和重视人的身心发展,在我国高等教育中发挥着重要作用。人本主义的教育思想给我国传统教育思想带来了较大的冲击,对高等教育理论产生了较大影响。文章简单分析了人本主义含义,解读人本主义教育思想,研究人本主义视角下的高等教育质量观。

Abstract: The quality of higher education has always been the focus of the development of higher education and it is directly related to the quality of personnel training. The function of higher education in society becomes more and more obvious. Therefore, the society has higher requirements for the quality of higher education, and it is necessary to study the quality of higher education all the time. Humanism mainly manifests in satisfying and emphasizing the physical and psychological development of the people, and it plays an important role in the higher education of our country. The education thought of humanism has brought great impact to our country"s traditional education thought, which has a great influence on the theory of higher education. This article briefly analyzes the meaning of humanism, interprets humanism education thought, and studies quality view of higher education under the perspective of humanism.
