假臭草和胜红蓟提取物抑菌活性及稳定性研究

摘 要 为了更好地利用入侵植物假臭草[Praxelis clematidea(Griseb.)R.M. King & H. Rob.]与胜红蓟(Ageratum conyzoides L.),本文筛选了2种入侵植物不同乙醇浓度提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)抑菌的最适提取浓度,检测抑菌活性高的提取物的最低抑制浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)和最低杀死浓度(Minimum Bactericidal Concentration,MBC),并评价其抑菌的热稳定性、紫外光辐射稳定性和氧化稳定性。结果表明:假臭草茎叶的70%乙醇提取物[抑菌圈直径(34.70±0.93)mm]及胜红蓟叶的50%乙醇提取物[抑菌圈直径(30.95±1.30)mm]抑菌活性高,MIC值分别是0.78和3.13 mg/mL,MBC值是 3.13和25.00 mg/mL,并且抑菌活性具有较好的热稳定性和紫外光辐射稳定性,假臭草提取物的氧化稳定性优于胜红蓟提取物。对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性高的2种入侵植物提取物具有一定的抑菌活性稳定性,在开发植物源抑菌剂方面有潜在应用价值。

Abstract Invasive plants Praxelis clematidea (Griseb.) R.M. King & H. Rob. and Ageratum conyzoides L. were extracted with different concentrations of ethanol to observe their activities against Staphylococcus aureus in order to utilize the invasive plants. The optimum extraction concentrations of these 2 invasive plants were screened and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the extracts with high antibacterial activity were detected. The thermal stability, UV stability and oxidation stability of the extracts against the bacterium S. Aureus were evaluated. The results show that the 70% ethanol extract [inhibition zone diameter (34.70±0.93)mm] of P. clematidea and 50% ethanol extract [inhibition zone diameter (30.95±1.30)mm] of A. conyzoides had the highest antibacterial activity with their MIC values bein...
