传染病医院医学检验实习生的实习管理及培养
[摘要] 临床实习是医学生走向工作岗位的必经阶段，医学检验实习生与临床专业实习生有所不同，其实习的重点是对实验诊断和实验技能的掌握。传染病医院由于病种的特殊性，实验室生物安全要求比一般综合医院更高。医学检验实习生在进入岗位实习之前，首先要进行岗前培训，包括学习传染病相关知识、个人安全防护、规章制度、工作要求等，其次才是专业知识的实习，并且有所侧重。因此，传染病医院医学检验实习生的管理和培养有其独特的一面。通过南宁市第四人民医院的教育和培养，临床检验实习生在获得基本知识的过程中，学习有关传染病的相关实验室诊断知识和管理，掌握感染性疾病的临床诊断技术，不断地提升和拓展他们的综合能力，增强了检验医学实习生就业的竞争力，为培养公共卫生高素质后备人才作出了应有的贡献。
