我院民法学课程教学内容和教学方法的改革探析
摘 要：民法学作为法学的主干学科，对法学人才的培养发挥着重要作用。我院定位于培养应用型、辅助型的法学应用人才，民法学课程的教学内容和教学方法也相应地服务于教学目标。我院现阶段的民法学课程受制于主客观因素，在教学内容和教学方法还存在着一些问题，不能适应教学目标的需要。在教学内容上，过多地依赖于教材知识内容的传授，学生的知识面得不到拓展；在教学方法上，教师的课堂讲授作为主要教学方法，学生的积极性难以被调动起来。因此，民法学课程的教学内容需要进一步扩充，为培养应用型、实践型法律人才打好基础。同时，在教学方法的改革上，要以讲授法为主，辅之以讨论式教学方法、案例式教学法和其它实践性较强的教学方法。

Abstract： as the main subject of law， the science of civil law plays an important role in the cultivation of law talents. Our Institute aims to cultivate applied and Assistant Legal talents， and the teaching contents and methods of civil law courses serve the teaching objectives accordingly. At present， the course of civil law in our college is subject to subjective and objective factors. There are still some problems in the teaching contents and methods， which can not meet the needs of teaching objectives. In the teaching content， too much reliance on the teaching of textbook knowledge content， students "knowledge can not be expanded； in the teaching method， teachers" classroom teaching as the main teaching method， students"enthusiasm is difficult to mobilize.
