呼吸系统深部真菌感染的耐药分析
[摘要] 目的:了解呼吸系统真菌感染耐药率的变化,为预防其感染和临床合理用药提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院呼吸科2006～2008年真菌感染的特点,监测177例真菌的药敏结果。结果:2006～2008年真菌感染例数分别为46例、64例、67例,其中白色念珠菌98例,占55.4%。2006～2008年白色念珠菌对氟康唑、伊曲康唑、益康唑的耐药率均为0;光滑念珠菌对氟康唑的耐药率分别为0、11.1%、22.2%;光滑念珠菌对伊曲康唑的耐药率分别为9.1%、0、15.8%。结论:呼吸科真菌感染的患者在逐年增加,白色念珠菌为真菌感染的主要菌种。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the change of resistance rate of fungus infection in respiratory system, in order to provide essential basis for preventing and treating it. Methods: From 2006 to 2008 in our hospital, the clinical characteristics of fungus infection in respiratory department were retrospectively analyzed, the results of 177 cases of fungal drug susceptibility were monitored. Results: From 2006 to 2008 the number of cases of fungal infection were 46 cases, 64 cases, 67 cases, of which 98 cases of Candida albicans, accounting for 55.4%. From 2006 to 2008, the resistance rates of Candida albicans to Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Econazole were 0; the resistance rates of Candida glabrata to Fluconazole rates were 0, 11.1%, 22.2%; and the resistance rates of Candida glabrata to Itraconazole were 9.1%, 0, 15.8%.
