高压氧治疗周围性面神经麻痹的现状分析
[摘要] 高压氧治疗是在高于一个大气压的环境中通过吸入高浓度的氧来治疗疾病的过程。周围性面神经麻痹的传统治疗方法如药物、针灸、理疗等疗效较为确切。目前运用高压氧治疗周围性面神经麻痹是一种应用较为广泛的辅助治疗方法。本研究基于不同原因造成的周围性面神经麻痹，综述了高压氧治疗周围性面神经麻痹的发展现状，主要总结了当前高压氧治疗不同原因造成的周围性面瘫的效果，并分析了高压氧治疗的时机、疗程及效果评价指标及存在的问题，对该辅助治疗手段的发展趋势进行展望。
