痔科洗剂治疗低位单纯性肛瘘术口的临床观察

【摘要】目的：观察痔科洗剂在低位单纯性肛瘘切除术后的应用效果。方法：选取109例低位单纯性肛瘘患者，随机分为治疗组55例和对照组54例。对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴，治疗组术后给予痔科洗剂坐浴。观察两组的临床效果。结果：两组均达到临床治愈标准，治疗组术后并发症明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：痔科洗剂在术后肛门疼痛、渗液及创面愈合时间上优于高锰酸钾坐浴，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the hemorrhoid lotion after low simple anal fistula resection of applications. Methods Choose 109 cases of low simple anal fistula patients， randomly divided into treatment group 55 cases and control group 54 cases. The control group using potassium permanganate sitz bath， the treatment group postoperatively hemorrhoid lotion hip bath. Observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results Two groups to achieve clinical cure standards， the postoperative complications of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group， the difference is statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Hemorrhoid lotion in the postoperative anal pain， drainage and wound healing time is better than that of potassium permanganate sitz bath， worthy of clinical popularization and application.
