临床微生物检验中细菌耐药性监测的应用分析

[摘要] 目的 分析临床上微生物检验过程中细菌耐药性监测的应用。方法 选取2016年2月”2017年2月该院内收集的微生物检验和细菌耐药性检验标本300例作为研究对象,对其进行药敏实验。结果 结果显示革兰阳性菌检出率明显小于革兰阴性菌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICU以及外科发现的耐药菌株明显多于儿科和内科,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床上微生物检验中检出耐药菌株的几率较高,基于此,要在临床上进一步加强对抗菌药物的管理,提高抗菌药物使用的规范性和安全性;做好医院内部细菌的耐药性监测非常重要,这有助于避免耐药菌株的进一步发展,对于提高抗菌药物流程治疗效果具有重要作用和意义。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of bacterial resistance monitoring in clinical microbial testing. Methods A total of 300 samples of microbiological test and bacterial resistance test collected in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects. Results The results showed that the detection rate of Gram-positive bacteria was significantly higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria(P<0.05). The ICU and surgically found resistant strains were significantly more than pediatrics and internal medicine(P<0.05). Conclusion The probability of detecting drug-resistant strains in clinical microbiological tests is high. Based on this, it is necessary to further strengthen the management of antibiotics in clinical practice, improve the standardization and safety of antibacterial drugs, and improve the tolerance of bacteria in hospitals. Drug monitoring is very important, which helps to avoid the further development of drug-resistant strains, and plays an important role in improving the therapeutic effect of antibacterial drugs.
