肺栓塞患者中大型血小板比率的临床价值

【摘要】 目的：探讨肺栓塞患者中大型血小板比率的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析45例健康者与45例肺栓塞患者的大型血小板比率、血小板分布宽度等血小板参数水平。结果：肺栓塞组血小板计数明显低于对照组，大型血小板比率、血小板分布宽度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。大面积肺栓塞组大型血小板比率、血小板分布宽度均明显高于非大面积肺栓塞组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：大型血小板比率在肺栓塞患者中明显增高，且在大面积肺栓塞患者中更高，对于临床诊断肺栓塞有一定指导价值。
