基于“业财一体化”的事业单位财务信息化建设研究
【摘 要】随着事业单位信息化进程的加快，对运用财务管理信息化相关理论设计的财务系统要求标准也越来越高，既要满足应用需求的多样化，又要满足具有单位特色的个性化设计需求。A++系统设计思路还未和事业单位财务管理相互融合，达到一个发挥最大效益优势的平衡点，影响了操作的适用性和单位管理的高效性。针对传统会计信息化的不足，事业单位财务系统应与时俱进，利用信息化的优势，与单位管理层面达成纵向一体化，以财务的数据优势打造综合财务管理平台。
【Abstract】With the acceleration of informatization of public institutions， the standard for financial system， which is designed based on the theory of financial management informatization， is also becoming higher and higher. It not only needs to meet the diversification of application needs， but also needs to meet the individual design needs with unit characteristics. The design concept of the A++ system has not been integrated with the financial management of public institutions， and has not reached a balance point to give full play to the advantage of maximum benefit， which has affected the applicability of the operation and efficiency of the unit management. In view of the insufficiency of traditional accounting informationization， the financial system of public institutions should keep pace with the times， make use of the advantages of informationization， and achieve the vertical integration with the management level of institutions， and build an integrated financial management platform based on the advantage of financial data.
