依达拉奉\神经节苷酯联合多疗程高压氧治疗迟发性脑病临床研究
摘要：目的观察依达拉奉、神经节苷酯联合多疗程高压氧对迟发性脑病患者的治疗效果，分析其临床应用。方法选取在我院进行迟发性脑病治疗的患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组40例，对所有患者采用常规高压氧治疗，观察组患者同时联合使用依达拉奉和神经节苷酯进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果，并进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗2个月后脑电图恢复情况及治疗的总有效率均明显优于对照组，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论对迟发性脑病患者采用依达拉奉、神经节苷酯联合多疗程高压氧治疗，明显改善脑部恢复情况，增加总有效率，治疗效果好，所以值得在临床推广。

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Delayed Encephalopathy by Edaravone、Ganglioside Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygenation

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of edaravone、ganglioside combined with hyperbaric oxygenation on DE patients, and analyze its clinical application. Methods All of the 80 DE patients required to accept treatment in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 40 patients. All of the patients hyperbaric oxygenation. The observation group accepted edaravone、ganglioside at the same time. Observe and compare the curative effect. Results After 2 weeks, observation group surpassed the control group on EEG recovery condition and therapeutic total effective rate. The curative effect of observation group obviously surpassed the control group, and the difference possessed statistical significance, P<0.05.Conclusion Using edaravone、ganglioside combined with hyperbaric oxygenation to cure DE patients can improve patients" cerebullar recovery condition, increase total effective rate.
