酶联免疫法以及胶体金法应用于艾滋病抗体检测的结果对比分析
【摘要】目的 分析在艾滋病抗体检测中应用酶联免疫法以及胶体金法的价值。方法 选取2015年3月～2018年4月在我中心接受艾滋病抗体检测的咨询者1064例作为研究对象，所有咨询者均接受酶联免疫法以及胶体金法检测，对比酶联免疫法与胶体金法检测阳性率和阴性率。结果 17例咨询者酶联免疫法检测结果为阳性，占1.60%，1047例咨询者酶联免疫法检测结果为阴性，占98.40%，18例咨询者胶体金法检测结果为阳性，占1.70%，1046例咨询者胶体金法检测结果为阴性，占98.31%，两种检测方式检测结果符合率为99.90%，两种检测方式检测结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。18例阳性标本经市艾滋病确诊实验室确认后，17例为HIV感染者，酶联免疫法检测假阳性率为0%，胶体金法检测假阳性率为5.56%，对比可知，酶联免疫法准确性相对更高，胶体金法敏感性更佳。结论 在艾滋病抗体检测中应用酶联免疫法以及胶体金法均具有较高应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold assay in AIDS antibody detection.Methods A total of 1064 consultants who received AIDS antibody testing in our center from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.
