早期高压氧治疗112例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者的成本效用分析
【摘要】 目的：对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者术后早期应用高压氧治疗进行成本效用分析。方法：以2012年9月-2014年9月本院112例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后2周内开始高压氧治疗的患者为研究对象（HBO组），选取同时段内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血未行高压氧治疗的112例患者为对照组，收集住院费用、Hunt-Hess分级、治疗前后ADL评分等资料，进行成本效用分析。结果：两组治疗后ADL评分均较治疗前提高，且两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。分析每个QALY的成本，HBO组少于对照组，进一步比较两组间Hunt-Hess分级Ⅲ～Ⅴ级患者获得每个QALY投入的成本，对照组高于HBO组。结论：动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者在常规治疗方案上加用高压氧治疗，能够达到医疗资源利用的最大化，值得进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To perform a cost-utility analysis of intracranial aneurysms patients who combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment after surgery.Method：From September 2012 to September 2014， data of 112 patients who underwent intracranial aneurysms surgeries and hyperbaric oxygen treatment （HBO group） and data of 112 intracranial aneurysms patients who only took traditional treatment （the control group） were collected in our hospital， evaluated by the ability of daily life（ADL） scale.Cost-utility analysis were performed between the two groups.Result：The ADL scale of the two groups both increase after treatment， the ADL scale of HBO group was higher significantly compared to the control group（P<0.01）.The cost per QALY of the HBO group was less than the control group， especially for the patients with Hunt-Hess Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade.Conclusion：For aSAH patients underwent intracranial aneurysm surger...
