护理干预对预防骨科术后深静脉血栓形成的效果
摘 要 目的：研究护理干预对预防骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法：选择2014年1月”2016年1月骨科收治的42例行手术治疗的骨折患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各21例，分别给予常规护理和护理干预，比较两组护理满意度、深静脉血栓形成率及住院时间。结果：观察组护理满意度为100%，对照组为80.95%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后深静脉血栓发生率为4.76%（1/21），对照组为23.81%（5/21），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组住院时间为（13.1±2.5）d，对照组为（19.2±3.5）d，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：骨科手术后，给患者进行护理干预，可以明显降低深静脉血栓形成率，缩短患者住院时间，从而提高患者对护理的满意度值得推广应用。

ABSTRACT Objective： To study the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis formation after orthopedics operation. Methods： From January 2014 to January 2016， 42 cases of orthopedics fracture that were treated in the department of orthopedics were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 21 cases each.
