下呼吸道感染患者痰培养病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘 要 目的：分析下呼吸道感染患者痰培养病原菌分布及耐药性。方法：收集患者痰培养标本1 555份，进行病原菌检测。结果：分离出病原菌396株，阳性率25.4%。结论：医院应定期进行感染监测，及时掌握病原菌的分布特点和对抗菌药物的耐药情况，对指导临床医生合理使用抗生素、控制病原菌耐药性的发展有着重要意义。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of sputum culture pathogenic bacteria of the cases with lower respiratory.Methods：1555 sputum culture specimens of patients were selected.The pathogenic bacteria was detected.Results：396 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated.The positive rate was 25.4%.Conclusion：The hospital should be regularly infection monitoring，timely grasp the distribution characteristics of pathogenic bacteria and the drug resistance situation of antibacterial agents.It has important significance on the guidance of rational use of antibiotics for clinician and the development of controling the pathogen resistance.

医院下呼吸道感染是临床常见的疾病，为了有效控制感染，了解下呼吸道感染细菌种类分布、耐药情况及其动态变化极其重要。本文通过对下呼吸道痰标本分离株的耐药性进行分析，掌握病原菌的分布及耐药情况，为指导临床合理使用抗生素提供实验数据。
资料与方法
标本来源：2013年1月1日-12月31日收集患者痰培养标本1 555份，其中阳性标本396份。
仪器与试剂：山东鑫科全自动血培养仪、山东鑫科细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪以及配套鉴定与药敏试验卡。
标本采集：严格按照标准采集标本，立即送检。
