综合性护理干预配合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的护理效果观察

【摘要】 目的：觀察综合性护理干预配合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的护理效果分析。方法：选取本院新生儿科2016年3月-2018年11月诊断为新生儿黄疸患儿180例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组各90例。对照组采用常规护理干预，试验组采用综合性护理干预。比较两组患儿护理前后血清胆红素水平，治疗过程中发生的并发症发生率，记录两组患儿退黄时间、蓝光治疗照射时间、住院时间。结果：经治疗与护理后，试验组患儿血清胆红素明显少于对照组，试验组患儿并发症发生率为6.67%，对照组患儿并发症发生率为11.11%，试验组患儿治疗后退黄、治疗照射、住院时间明显少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预在蓝光治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿中，降低血清胆红素水平，减少治疗过程中并发症的发生率，缩短患儿退黄时间、蓝光治疗时间与住院时间，效果理想。
