“食品标准与法规”教学目标达成度分析

　　摘要：课程目标是教学活动的出发点和归宿，课程教学目标达成度是衡量课堂教学效果的核心内容。课程目标达成度分析对教学效果的评价和教学过程的调整都具有重要作用。'食品标准与法规“是高等院校食品质量与安全专业非常重要的专业课之一，通过对课程教学目标达成度的分析，达到了教学目标。

　　Abstract：The goal of the course is the starting point and the end-result of the teaching activities. The achievement of the goal of the course is the core to easure the classroom teaching effect. The evaluation of the goal achievement is very important to teaching effect，the adjustment of the teaching. Food Standards and Regulations is one of the most important elective courses of Food Quality and Safety Major in universities. Through the analysis of the goal，it was concluded that the teaching of Food Standard sand Regulations has reached the teaching goal.
