中山市社区居民胆囊息肉的危险因素调查
【摘要】 目的：探讨中山市社区居民胆囊息肉的有关危险因素，为临床诊治提供有价值的参考。方法：选取2015年3月-2017年3月在本院就诊并经B超检查证实为胆囊息肉患者120例为胆囊息肉组，另选取同期于本院体检且健康状况良好的非胆囊息肉者120例为对照组。统计两组年龄、性别、高血压病史、糖尿病史、BMI、血压、空腹血糖（FBG）、血脂及HBV相关指标等资料，并进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果：单因素分析得出，两组性别、胆囊壁增厚、HBV指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；多因素Logistic回归分析得出，胆囊壁增厚、男性、HBsAg（+）/anti-HBc（+）及HBsAg（-）/anti-HBc（+）均为胆囊息肉的高危因素（P<0.05）。结论：中山市社区居民胆囊息肉的主要危险因素为乙型肝炎病毒感染、胆囊壁增厚及男性，必须高度重视，给予积极的预防措施，减少胆囊息肉的发病率。
