HbsAg和HBVe抗原定量检测的临床意义
【摘 要】HbsAg和HBVe抗原（HBeAg）定量检测的发展有助于检测检测患者血中HBV抗原的动态变化，在干扰素治疗过程中优于单纯检测HBV DNA。长效干扰素治疗12和24周，HbsAg 水平及其下降幅度与患者治疗结束及随访期间持续性病毒学应答甚至HbsAg转阴相关。HbsAg定量测定程序的标准化和HbeAg定量测定试剂的研发是亟待解决的技术问题，能够准确预测疗效 和改变治疗方案的时间点和具体定量临界值也需进一步大样本临床研究来确定。

【Abstract】Recent development in the field of quantitative assay HbsAg and HBV e antigen（HbeAg）is of help to monitor the dynamic changes of HBV antigens and is superior to quantitative measurement of HBV DNA alone.The decline or levels of HbsAg at 12 or 24 weeks after the treatment of pegylated interferon are associated with the sustained viralogical response and even HbsAg loss at the end of therapy and follow-up survey.The standardization of protocol for quantitative HbsAg measurement and the development of quantitative assay reagents for HbeAg are essential for further investigation and wide clinical application.the optimal time point and cut-off values for accurate prediction of the treatment performance remains to be ditermined through large scale clinical trials.
