FX-6抗菌肽陈皮油微胶囊改善胃肠道功能探究
摘 要：本项目旨在推测超临界萃取所得的陈皮油，进行微胶囊化工艺研究得到陈皮油微胶囊，以及本课题组从西藏开菲尔粒中筛选分离得到的一株新型菌株FX-6发酵提取物牛乳活性肽是否具有改善胃肠道功能。为下一步得到陈皮油微胶囊牛乳活性肽复合物提供思路，以期得到一组既能保护胃黏膜又能调节肠道菌群结构的功能性的陈皮油微胶囊牛乳活性肽复合物配方，为开发安全、天然、稳定、无毒副作用的改善胃肠道功能的保健品提供一定的理论基础。

Abstract：The purpose of this project is to explore the tangerine peel oil obtained by supercritical extraction， and to study the microencapsulation process of dried tangerine peel oil to obtain dried tangerine peeloil microcapsule. And whether the fermented extract of a new strain FX-6， which was screened and isolated from Kaifield grains in Tibet， could improve the gastrointestinal function of bovine milk active peptide. It provides an idea for obtaining the active peptide complex of Chen Pei oil microcapsule bovine milk in the next step with different proportion. In order to obtain a group of functional bovine milk active peptide complexes which can not only protect gastric mucosa but also regulate the structure of intestinal flora， so as to develop a safe， natural and stable formula of bovine milk active peptide complex. Non-toxic and side effects to improve gastrointestinal function of health products to provide a certain theoretical basis.
