老年慢性支气管炎患者应用健康教育护理干预的效果评价
【摘 要】目的：探讨老年慢性支气管炎患者应用健康教育护理干预的效果。方法：选定2018年5月到2019年2月到本院接受治疗的104例老年慢性支气管炎患者，随机分为对照组52例（基础护理干预）与观察组52例（健康教育护理干预），比较两组疾病知识知晓率、戒烟戒酒率、生活习惯改善率、治疗依从率、护理满意率、治疗时间与再次复发时间指标。结果：治疗结束，观察组疾病知识知晓率、戒烟戒酒率、生活习惯改善率、治疗依从率、护理满意率与再次复发时间指标均高于对照组且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组治疗时间指标低于对照组且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：健康教育护理干预方法可有效改善老年慢性支气管炎患者预后，值得推广使用。

Abstract objective： to explore the effect of health education nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods： selected in May 2018 to February 2019 to our hospital for treatment of 104 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis， 52 cases were randomly divided into control group （basic nursing intervention） and observation group 52 cases （health education nursing intervention）， compared two groups of aware of knowledge about the disease， smoking rate， drinking habits period， treatment compliance rate， nursing satisfaction， treatment time and again recurrence time index. Results： after treatment， the disease knowledge awareness rate， smoking and drinking cessation rate， life habit improvement rate， treatment compliance rate， nursing satisfaction rate and recurrence time index in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.
