胸外科围手术期D二聚体及内皮素检测的应用价值
【摘 要】目的：探讨D二聚体（D-Dimer）内皮素（ET）定量检测在胸外科围手术期的临床价值。方法：采用免疫比浊法及均相竞争法检测600例胸外科围手术期患者术前、术后第2天及第5天血浆D-Dimer及ET水平，观察指标变化。结果：600例患者有30例并发深静脉栓塞（DVT），其中6例并发肺栓塞（PE），并发DVT组术前、术后血浆D-Dimer及ET水平有显著性差异（P<0.05），并且呈进行性增高。未并发DVT组术前、术后的检测结果无显著性差异（P>0.05）。而并发DVT组与未并发DVT组相比较，血浆D-Dimer及ET水平有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：血浆D二聚体（D-Dimer）内皮素（ET）的动态监测对胸外科围手术期病人预防深静脉栓塞乃至肺栓塞的发生具有早期诊断价值。

【Abstract】Objective： The aim of study was to evaluate the measurement of plasma D-Dmier and Endothelin （ET） level in perioperative stage with thoracic surgery. Methods： Automated latex immunoassay for the determination was used to detect plasma D-Dimer and ET in 600 patients with thoracic surgery during the phases preoperative， 2 days and 5 days postoperative. Results： 30 patients occur deep vein thrombosis （DVT）， include 6 patients occur pulmonary embolism （PE）. The different level of D-Dimer and ET during the phases preoperative and postoperative in DVT group was significant （P<0.05）. The different level of D-Dimer and ET during the phases preoperative and postoperative in NO DVT group was nor significant （P>0.05）.
