药学创新人才科研能力培养途径的探索
[摘要] 药学创新人才培养是高等教育教学改革的主要内容，而科研实践能力培育既是创新人才培养的出发点，也是落脚点。本文介绍了齐齐哈尔医学院多层次、多平台、多阶段的科研训练体系，以学生科研能力培育为主线，依照逐步深入的原则，培养学生的科研实践能力和创新意识，初步建成'五个一“的培养模式，解决确保新模式实施成效的关键问题，取得初步成效。

Exploration of effective ways to train research ability of pharmaceutical innovative talents

[Abstract] The main topics of the higher education reform is the training of pharmaceutical innovation talents， and cultivation of scientific research ability is not only the starting point， but also a foothold of cultivating creative personnel. This paper describes the Qiqihar Medical University′s multi-level， multi-platform， and multi-stage research training system， making students" scientific research ability cultivation as the main line， based at the principle of step by step， a new approach to fostering pharmaceutical undergraduate students′ ability of practice， research quality， and innovative spirit. Training mode of "five one" is preliminary built， the key problem to ensure the new pattern implementation is effective solved. Initial results are presented.
