左氧氟沙星滴耳液实施于急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中的价值探究
[摘要] 目的 分析在临床针对急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中应用左氧氟沙星滴耳液的效果。方法 方便选择2016年1月”2018年1月该院急性化脓性中耳炎患者94例，按照治疗用药将全部患者分为观察组、对照组各47例，对照组在全身用药基础上利用氯霉素滴耳液治疗，观察组在全身用药基础上应用左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗，对照两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%，对照组治疗总有效率为74.47%（χ2=6.321 8，P=0.001 4）；观察组治疗后病原菌清除率为93.62%，对照组治疗后病原菌清除率为78.72%（χ2=5.268 4，P=0.002 7）；觀察组治疗后不良反应发生率为8.51%，对照组治疗后不良反应发生率为23.40%（χ2=6.359 8，P=0.001 7）。 结论 在急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中应用左氧氟沙星滴耳液能够更有效清除病原菌，提升治疗安全性，可在临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media. Methods 94 patients with acute suppurative otitis media from January 2016 to January 2018 were convenient selected and divided into observation group （n=47） and control group （n=47）. The control group was treated with chloramphenicol ear drops on the basis of systemic medication. The observation group was treated with levofloxacin ear drops on the basis of systemic medication， while the two groups were treated with levofloxacin ear drops. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.62% in the observation group and 74.47% in the control group （χ2=6.321 8， P=0.001 4）， the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group was 93.62%.
