间歇充气压力泵对预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的：观察运用间歇式充气压力泵对预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓（deep veinthrombosis，DVT）形成的疗效。方法：将136例患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各68例。两组患者基础护理相同，试验组加用间歇充气压力泵驱动下肢循环。以30 d为观察期，比较观察期内两组患者深静脉血栓形成（DVT）和肺栓塞（PE）发生率、ICU住院时间、ICU 30 d病死率。结果：在观察期内，试验组DVT及PE发生率均明显低于与对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；试验组ICU住院时间、ICU 30 d病死率均低于对照组，但两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：间歇式充气压力泵可以有效预防和减少下肢深静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of using intermittent pneumatic pressure pump in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients.Method：136 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，68 cases in each group，the two groups were given common nursing care preventions.The rate of DVT and pulmonary embolism（PE），duration of mechanical ventilation（MV），the length of stay in ICU were compared during the subsequent 30 days between two groups.Result：The experimental group had a significantly lower rate of DVT and lower rate of PE than that of control group（P<0.01）；Compared with control group，duration of MV and length of stay in ICU of the experimental group were shorter，but they were not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Intermittent pneumatic pressure pump is effective to prevent and reduce the occurrence of the DVT and ...
