心理护理干预对老年肺栓塞患者心理状态及生活质量的影响
【摘要】目的 观察心理护理干预对老年肺栓塞患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取商丘市第一人民医院呼吸内科收治的老年肺栓塞患者50例，随机分为观察组及对照组各25例。两组均实施传统护理，观察组在此基础上加入心理护理。观察两组心理状态及生活质量。结果 护理后，观察组心理状态及生活质量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理干预应用于老年肺栓塞患者中利于患者心理状态的改善，生活质量明显提高，临床护理效果显著。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the psychological nursing intervention on psychological state and quality of life in elderly patients with pulmonary embolism.Selection.Methods Shangqiu first people"s hospital of 50 cases of senile patients with pulmonary embolism admitted in respiratory medicine，randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=25）.Two groups are traditional nursing，the observation group on the basis of psychological nursing.Two groups of psychological status and quality of life.Results After nursing，psychological status and quality of life observation group were better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion psychological nursing intervention was applied to elderly patients with pulmonary embolism in patients with benefit at the improvement of mental state，the quality of life improved obviously，clinical nursing effect is remarkable.
