循环miRNA监测肝细胞癌的研究

摘要：肝癌是目前临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其早期诊断的困难导致了后期治疗的不理想化，因此肝癌的死亡率常年居高不下。现有的研究结果显示，多种miRNA的表达在正常人群和肝癌患者群体的组织甚至体液中的表达量有很大的差异。miRNA可能在肝脏肿瘤的发生发展中起到了至关重要的作用。本文就肝脏的生理功能、肝细胞癌的发生发展、常规诊断、miRNA与肝癌的关系等方面的研究作一综述。

Abstract：Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the clinic. The difficulty in early diagnosis leads to the unsatisfactory treatment in the later stage. Therefore， the mortality of liver cancer is always high. The existing research results show that the expression levels of various miRNA are significantly different in the tissues and even body fluids of normal populations and liver cancer patient populations. miRNA may play a crucial role in the development of liver tumors. This article reviews the physiological functions of the liver， the development of hepatocellular carcinoma， routine diagnosis， and the relationship between miRNA and liver cancer.
