动物药物对脑血栓的治疗及其作用机制研究进展

【摘要】近半个世纪以来，动物药物毒素及其提取物通过溶栓、降纤治疗脑缺血时的脑血栓形成，疗效显著。笔者综述了国内外动物药物对脑血栓形成的防治作用及其机制研究，并阐述动物药物治疗脑缺血的广阔前景，以期为开发脑血管疾病新药提供科学依据。

Abstract：Over the past half century， toxins or extracts from animals have been used as drugs showing significant effects on cerebral ischemia through thrombolysis and defibrase. Here， we review the research and development of animal drugs in treatment of cerebral ischemia， and its mechanism. In addition，we illustrate broad possibilities for the animal drugs treating cerebral ischemia to provide scientific basis for the development of new drugs for cerebral vascular diseases.
