新型基础服务项目与流程在妇科临床管理中的应用
[摘要] 目的 分析新型基础服务项目与流程应用在妇科临床管理中的效果。方法 按照2017年2月”2018年1月时间先后原则将100例患者分成对照组50例和观察组50例，共7名护理人员，分别实施基础服务项目与流程、新型基础服务项目与流程。对比两组管理质量得分与管理满意度得分。 结果 观察组8个管理质量项目得分及管理满意度得分（85.52±2.01）分都比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 在妇科临床管理中应用新型基础服务项目与流程效果十分理想。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of new basic service project and procedure in the clinical management in the department of gynecology. Methods 100 cases of patients from February 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups with 50 cases according to the admission order， and there were 7 nursing staff， and the basic service project and procedures， and new basic service project and procedures were respectively implemented， and the management quality scores and management satisfactory degree scores were compared. Results The eight management quality project scores and management satisfactory degree score in the observation group were（85.52±2.01）points， which were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of new basic service project and procedure in the clinical management in the department of gynecology is very ideal.
