摩托车发动机压缩比测量技术现状及改进

  摘 要:本文在分析国内摩托车发动机测量压缩比技术的现状及缺陷的基础上,提出了改进的压缩比测量方法””液体测量。文章详细论述了液体测量方法的原理、关键问题以及液体的选择,同时研制了一套压缩比测量系统,该装置操作简单,安装方便,目前已应用于生产实践中,使用情况良好。

  Present Situation and Mending Method for Measurement
  Technology of Motorcycle Engine Compression Ratio

  Abstract:In this paper a mending method for motorcycle engine compression ratio is set up based on the analysis of local motorcycle engine"s measuring method. This paper introduces the generic concept of system project holistic design, collects and compares the displacement signals of supply valve, exhaust valve and crank by using raster displacement coder and photoelectric angle coder, finds out the relevant relation, exactly measures the parameters of valve phase, and also explains why use the liquid measure in our design. Finally we studied and found the measure system for motorcycle engine compression ratio. It easily operates and now has gained better efficiency in practice.
