PFNA微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析
[摘要] 目的 探析对股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA微创治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2012年3月”2017年7月期间收治的215例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，将其分为研究组和对照组，研究组108例采取PFNA（股骨近端防旋髓内钉）微创治疗，对照组107例采取DHS（动力髋螺钉系统）治疗，比较两组手术指标及并发症等。结果 研究组手术时间（67.3±10.4）min、术中出血量（210.4±70.8）mL、住院时间（15.3±5.2）d、骨折愈合时间（10.4±2.3）周与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组术后并发症发生率为2.78%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA微创治疗的临床效果确切，安全性好，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of PFNA in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods 215 patients with intertrochanteric fractures from March 2012 to July 2017 were conveniently divided into the study group and the control group. In the study group， 108 patients were treated with minimally invasive treatment of PFNA（proximal femoral intramedullary nail） ， the control group of 107 patients took DHS （dynamic hip screw system） treatment， the surgical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.
