臭氧大自血疗法对皮瓣移植术后早期干预的临床分析
[摘要]目的：观察应用臭氧大自血疗法对皮瓣移植术后早期干预的临床疗效。方法：收集应用皮瓣移植术治疗的病例56例，随机地选取28例为A组，进行早期应用臭氧大自血疗法对其干预，另外28例为B组，进行常规治疗，收集两组的数据（皮温、皮瓣血氧饱和度及成活率）进行统计学分析，从而对疗效进行评估。结果：A组皮瓣存活率96.4%，B组存活率为85.7%，此差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论：皮瓣移植术后早期应用臭氧大自血疗法治疗，能提高皮瓣存活率，有较好的临床应用价值

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of early intervention after skin flap transplantation by ozonized autohemotransfusion.MethodsCollect 56 patients of flap transplantation.The patients were randomly divided 28cases into two groups(A and B).The group A was given ozonized autohemotransfusion.The group B only received conventional treatment.Collect the transcutaneous oxygen saturation,skin temperature and survival rate of tow groups.ResultsThe survival rate of group A was 96.4%,and the group B was 85.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionUsing ozonized autohemotransfusion in the early stage of skin flap transplantation can helps to improve skin flap survival rate.There is good clinical application value.
