高嗜酸粒细胞综合征心血管损害的临床分析
【摘要】目的对由于患有高嗜酸粒细胞综合征而导致心血管损伤的患者的临床表现进行分析。方法采用随机抽样的方法，抽取在2006年10月～2010年10月在笔者所在医院就诊的由于患有高嗜酸粒细胞综合征而导致心血管损伤的临床确诊患者80例，分为A、B两组各40例。A组患者为检查时仅心电图表现异常者；B组患者为检查时超声心动图表现异常者。对两组患者的相关生理指标、基本情况进行比较分析。结果分析结果表明，B组患者消化道受累例数、呼吸道受累例数、死亡例数都明显多于A组患者，有显著的统计学差异（P<0.05）；两组患者的白细胞数、嗜酸粒细胞数、骨髓中的嗜酸粒细胞比例等指标，没有太大的差别，没有显著的统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论心血管出现损伤现象是高嗜酸粒细胞综合征一种比较常见的并发症，临床表现十分复杂，采用超声心动图对其进行检测，具有简单、快速、准确等特点，可以使患者预后更加理想，值得在今后的临床工作中给予充分的重视。
